Nazneen Ahmed Pathak author visit, Thursday June 8th
We were delighted to host a visit from British Bangladeshi author Nazneen Ahmed Pathak this Thursday, 8th June.
Nazneen talked to children about her book, City of Stolen Magic, which is set in India and London in the 1860s. The book is a thrilling, magical adventure story which draws on history and will encourage children to think further about colonial history.
The event was filmed by BBC Newsround and children from other local schools came to visit.
