This week we have talked about supporting our mental health. Just as exercise, sleep and healthy eating habits can support our physical health, there are many things we can do to support our emotional and mental health. These include:

Doing something to help you feel calm

Listening to or singing along with favourite songs

Cooking for family

Drawing a picture of your favourite place

Taking a walk in the fresh air

Playing a game with family

Listing all the things that make you special

Dressing up in a special outfit
