For our Autumn 2 DT unit, Willow Class were inspired to make moving boats after reading Ocean Meets Sky in English. We learnt about ways to make a model boat move, using either balloon, propeller or water power. We then worked in partners to design, make, test and evaluate our boats. We had great fun and developed our DT, problem-solving and communication skills along the way!
