Acorn Children have been exploring lots of different types of resources linked to computing. These have been centered around play- based activities that focus on children’s listening skills, curiosity and creativity and problem solving. They have been able to explore their own environment including the local area of Kentish Town. They used the iPad’s to take photos and discuss the changes around them. They have really enjoyed using Google earth to find where they live.
The Children have been encouraged to play interactive games on the white board, listen to music, use an iPad to take photos, search for information on the internet, explore mechanical toys. We have learnt some new Vocabulary linked to Computing.
