This week we have talked about our mental health is assembly. There are things we can do that support our mental health, just as eating healthily and exercising support our physical health.

Doing something that helps us to feel calm

Drawing a picture of a place we love

Dressing up in our favourite outfits

Dancing and singing along with music we love

Taking a walk outside

Playing a game as a family

Cooking and sharing food

Listing the things that make us special.
