The pond area in our playground is known as the Oasis. For many years it has been overgrown and not accessible, particularly for the children in our school who use wheelchairs.
This autumn we have developed this area and opened it up so that every child can access their right to relax and play. We still have a pond (for frogs and newts) and we are replanting the area to make it bee and bird friendly. Take a look!
