To add to our knowledge of how to keep safe on line, we had tailored assemblies and workshops across years 1 and 2, years 3 and 4 and years 5 and 6.
We learned some key tips on how to keep, respecting our right to be protected from harm (A19). These included:
If you get an uh oh feeling, tell an adult.
Be kind and nice online, just like you would be in person.
Keep your personal details and information private.
Check the age restrictions on the websites, games and apps you want to use.
If someone is rude or mean to you online, you can block them and you should tell an adult.
After the workshops, we made posters to spread awareness and knowledge to other people to they can respect their right to be safe.
